1.2 By using this Website you acknowledge that you have read and you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Whilst we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on this Website it is provided on an "as is" basis and we give no warranty and make no representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content of this Website. Further, no warranty is given that the Website shall be available on an uninterrupted basis, and no liability can be accepted in respect of losses or damages arising out of such unavailability.
2.2 Access to and use of this Website is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the use of this Website or any material downloaded from it will not cause damage to any property, including but not limited to loss of data or computer virus infection. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLYING TO ORDERS ON POWERPLAZA
1. General
When registering to www.PowerPlaza.com you have agreed on the terms and conditions for usage of the website. These conditions apply to all Orders placed on the www.powerplaza.com website. The terms and conditions of sale applying to all products are NL01 for Scandinavian customers and Orgalime S2000 for customers outside Scandinavi, unless otherwise specified in these conditions.
2. Purchase of Products
2.1 Presentation of a Product on our Website is a Product information service and a tool for sending purchase orders for spare parts. It is not a commitment to sell at the listed price, it is not binding on us nor does it oblige us to accept your order.
2.2 We are not obliged to accept any orders place via www.powerplaza.com. For orders placed, we will first inform you by e-mail that we have received your order for processing. After this we will notify you within 5 work days by an Order Confirmation, that we have accepted your order or we will get in contact with You if we are not able to accept your order as such. In the order confirmation we will inform you of a more accurate delivery date.
2.3 In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price or there is incorrect technical information given, we will notify you within 5 days of your order and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the Product at the correct price, the correct Product or cancelling your order. For the final order an order confirmation will be sent.
3. Delivery, Payment and Warranty
3.1 Commercial conditions for the Orders placed via www.power-plaza.com shall be shown to You before sending Your orders.
4. Severance

5. Force Majeure
5.1 Either party shall be entitled to suspend performance of his obligations under the contract to the extent that such performance is impeded or made unreasonably onerous by any of the following circumstances: industrial disputes and any other circumstance beyond the control of the parties such as fire, war, extensive military mobilization, insurrection, requisition, seizure, embargo, restrictions in the use of power and defects or delays in deliveries by sub-contractors caused by any such circumstance referred to in this paragraph.
A circumstance referred to in this poaragraph whether occurring prior to or after the formation of the contract shall give a right to suspension only if it s effect on the performance of the contract could not be foreseen at the time of the formation of the contract.
6. Variation
6.1 We may vary these Terms and Conditions in relation to future sales from time to time by publishing new Terms and Conditions on the Website.
